Assist in the production of the design development, tender & construction documents.
Implement company drafting procedures & standards.
Conduct site visits to gather information.
Research design standards, building codes & regulations.
Assist in developing work plans & time schedules for the projects deliverables.
Coordinate between architectural drawings and drawings of other disciplines.
Bachelor's degree of architecture (2-5 year experience in technical office).
AutoCAD, REVIT, Word & Excel are a must (additional softwares are an asset).
Proven experience with working drawings and details.
Basic knowledge of preparing BOQs and calculating quantities.
Knowledge of design standards, local codes and government regulations.
